Terms of Service

By accessing or using AdBlox ("the Service"), a Discord advertising automation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and AdBlox ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

AdBlox provides automation tools that allow users to manage and distribute advertisements to Discord channels using user-provided Discord tokens. The Service is provided for the purposes of advertising and marketing on Discord, and may include, but is not limited to, message scheduling, campaign tracking, and analytics features.

You acknowledge that the Service relies on third-party platforms such as Discord, and its functionality may be affected by changes in Discord's policies, restrictions, or technical limitations.

3. User Responsibilities and Obligations

You agree to the following responsibilities when using the Service:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and proper use of any Discord tokens you provide.
• Compliance with Discord TOS: You acknowledge that using self-bots or automation tools may violate Discord's Terms of Service and accept all associated risks.
• Legal Compliance: You must not use the Service for any illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful content.
• Content Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the content of all advertisements you create, send, or distribute.

Prohibited Uses: You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its features to any third party.
• Resell, transfer, or distribute accounts created on or through the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to impersonate others or manipulate platforms in violation of applicable terms.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Plans: The Service requires an active paid subscription for full functionality. Plans include:
  • Monthly: $9.99 per month
  • Yearly: $99.99 per year
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
• Account Access: Access to the Service will be granted only for the duration of your paid subscription.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If a subscription is canceled by us, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period, after which access will not be renewed.

5. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the Service
• Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
• Account termination due to violation of these Terms
• Discord account bans or restrictions
• Technical issues or service interruptions

By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your actions negatively impact other users, the Service, or third parties
• Legal authorities request action or if your account is associated with illegal activity

Upon termination, your access to the Service will immediately cease, and all content associated with your account may be deleted. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

7. Intellectual Property and Restrictions

• Ownership: All content, software, logos, designs, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of AdBlox and its licensors.
• License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or organizational advertising purposes only.

Prohibited Actions: You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer accounts to any third party for profit or commercial gain
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
• Use the Service or its accounts to build competing software or services

Private Use and Account Transfers: Accounts created using the Service are intended solely for your personal or organizational use. You may transfer your accounts to another provider if you stop using AdBlox or switch to a different service, provided the transfer is not for resale or profit. Sharing, reselling, or otherwise commercially distributing accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your devices or Discord accounts.

You acknowledge that the use of self-bots may result in account suspension or other consequences, and you assume all associated risks.

9. Force Majeure

AdBlox shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in the Service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather
• Power outages, internet or network failures
• Technical failures of Discord, payment processors, or other third-party services
• Government actions, regulations, or legal restrictions

During such events, we may suspend or limit the Service without liability, and we are not required to provide compensation or refunds for any disruption.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, to the extent possible, to reflect the original intent in a legally enforceable manner.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBlox and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Harm to your Discord account or reputation
• Service interruptions or technical errors

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
